Summer Friday - May Ipsy Glam Bag Review

Hey, guys, still catching up on my blog posts but late is better than never. So here it is my product review of my May's Ipsy Glam Bag, which I gotta say I totally adored as the bag design it's not only cute but is very functional for this summer. You can take your favorite products with you anywhere you want, pool parties, the lake, and especially the beach. The size and room in this beauty is even large enough to carry AND protect your favorite shades, so if you subscribed to Ipsy and received the May Glam Bag this baby is a MUST this summer. And if you are not a subscriber yet, what are you waiting for click here to subscribe and don't worry about this month's glam bag, the Ipsy team is always bringing cool and grubby ideas every month. I am super excited to receive June's bag which is on its way to me right as I write this post. So what are we waiting for, let's start this review!

This month on my Ipsy glam bag I got:

Summer means sun and water, and if you're not at the beach, you are either at the pool or the lake. Pool parties are my favorites, and with all the chlorine and even the sun, your hair is exposed to be damage. This leave-in conditioning spray is a life saver (not even kidding). First, this spray is something you haven't heard before it's made out of milk which creates an ultra-lightweight mist, leaving your hair hydrated and super soft, perfect to just spray after getting out of the water and go as it also helps you create perfect waves. Click on the link above and use the code IPSY20 at checkout to get 20% off any purchase. I loved it, and I need more!

Pacifica // Island Life Eyeshadow Palette // $10.00-$20.00

Okay before I start with this cutie of a palette I gotta thank Ipsy because they definitely know ME! Every single color in this baby goes so well with my skin color, and bronze skin is definitely in this summer. This palette is super pigmented and makes it super easy to apply. Also, this palette comes with an applicator, so it's easy to pack it in your purse and take it anywhere you go. You can find this beauty at any ULTRA store, use the code PACLOVE and get 20% off all Pacifica products.

I want to start saying that this fluffy beauty is 100% vegan and cruelty-free, so not only is gorgeous, which btw I'm in love with the color of it, but it supports a good cause. So even when the brush is a foundation brush you can use it for any kind of work, liquid, cream concealers, highlighters and bronzers which I did with the baby I will review next. Overall this brush is a dream, looks great and works perfectly.

Manna Kadar Cosmetics // Radiance Split Pan Bronzer and Highlighter Duo // $21.00

So as I mentioned I use the dreamcatcher foundation brush on this duo, which helped me apply both, highlighter and bronzer in only one application. I gotta say that the highlight side worked better for me, as the bronzer shade is very close to my skin color, so it gets lost on my skin. Nevertheless, the highlight was beautiful and gave me a subtle glow on my cheekbones super cute for this summer. You can get 30% off any purchase with the code IPSY2017, so head over to the link and start shopping!

Lastly, I give you the Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara, although I would like to say that I LOVED this mascara, sadly I can't say that, and it hurts to say it. We all are different and me personally I have waterfall eyelashes, which means that are long, but are super straight and are most of the time pointing down, so it's super hard for me to find a mascara that it's going to keep them up and curly. I usually have to use waterproof mascara to keep them curly, so I was really excited to see if I was going to discover a miracle. Sadly It wasn't, again this mascara did make my lashes fuller and longer, but it was too heavy to keep my eyelashes up, so the curl only lasted 5 minutes. Overall I liked how easy is to apply, it doesn't leave you with bumps of anything, but it let me down.

So here it was guys, my May Ipsy Glam Bag Review, short and sweet I really hope you guys liked it, and if you have any questions, please let me know. You know I am a super fan of Ipsy as it lets you explore new beauty brands that unless you spend hours researching you would never find, so for that I am thankful.
